First I want to say that it's nice to finaly see a polish pectus community...
My name is Mike, I'm 24 years old living in sweden with both my parents from poland. I have been to poland many times and next time will be on new years eve...
The first language I learned was polish so If you like to write to me you can do it in polish.
I had my nuss surgery done 2.5 months ago in Berlin Germany and the recovery was fast and without any major problems...
Since two weeks I have been going to the gym 3 times a week lifting weights. I can mostly do all exercises in the gym that I have tried...
I have seen and heard that in the hospital in Zabrze they dont use the original nuss bar from lorenz, instead they have there own manufactor who makes a almost the same bar for a better price... I think that is great since I have heard that the bar is expensive...
Is this only done in Zabrze or do all the polish clinics order there bars from the same manufactor?
And how much does a nuss surgery cost in poland if you have it done private?
